Our client, a reputable and fast-growing organisation, is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys accuracy, compliance, and supporting employees with timely and efficient payroll services.

What You’ll Do:
• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
• Manage employee records, deductions, and benefits in payroll systems
• Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports, including tax, pensions, and NI contributions
• Respond to payroll queries from staff in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with month-end payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain compliance and process improvements

Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., Sage, Xero, ADP, or similar)
• Good understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and employment regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Previous payroll or HR experience advantageous but not essential for motivated candidates
