The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting human resources functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your administrative expertise within a dynamic distribution organisation, ensuring smooth payroll operations and HR compliance with relevant policies. Responsibilities Process weekly/4 weekly/monthly payrolls, auto enrolment pensions - full end to end role Deliver accurate, compliant payroll services on time, dealing with HMRC, and pension providers. BACS submissions and exporting report, PAYE, CIS Holiday pay, SMP/SSP Keeping up to date with payroll legislation ensuring the highest standards. Maintain employee records and data entry within HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Manage employee information updates, leave requests, and benefits administration efficiently. Assist with activities related to HR initiatives or employer branding efforts. Collaborate with the human resources team to support organisational policies, employee engagement programmes, and compliance requirements.
