The Role As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll, ensuring all employee data is accurately maintained and that payroll activities meet both contractual and legislative obligations. You'll work closely with colleagues across HR, Finance, and other departments to provide a smooth and reliable payroll service. This position offers a hybrid working pattern, including one day per week working from home. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process payroll data accurately for multiple sites within the organisation. Input and verify information relating to starters, leavers, changes in pay, bonuses, overtime, and deductions. Ensure all payroll procedures and internal controls are adhered to. Ensure payroll is processed in line with statutory guidelines (including RTI, PAYE, NI, pensions, and other deductions). Produce required reports for relevant external bodies. Support internal audits through accurate documentation and record-keeping. Respond promptly and professionally to payroll queries from employees and managers.
