This Payroll Analyst position sits within a growing finance function and offers exposure to a complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll environment, with regular interaction across the UK and US. As a Payroll Analyst, you'll join a collaborative finance team where high standards sit alongside flexibility and genuine support for development, all within a fully remote UK setup. How you'll make an impact Analyse payroll data and trends including salaries, commissions and variable pay. Deliver payroll and commission insights to support key business decision making. Support end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions. Act as a key contact for payroll queries, including US-based stakeholders. Deliver accurate payroll journals and postings to the general ledger. Support month-end close through reconciliations and variance analysis. Partner closely with HR on starters, leavers, changes and commission inputs.
