Payroll & Benefits Specialist Our client, a high-profile international brand, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in central Manchester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will manage a large weekly and monthly payroll, acting as the main point of contact for payroll and benefits queries and supporting employees with clear guidance on pay and rewards. This role is a 6-month FTC. Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll for salaried and casual employees (fortnightly and monthly) Administer employee benefits and handle related enquiries Manage payroll, pensions, and reward operations, liaising with internal teams and external providers Support auto-enrolment and resolve payroll queries Assist with HR reporting and payroll data management Support month-end and year-end payroll processes Requirements Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation Proven experience managing a large payroll end-to-end Experience with benefits administration Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
