Manageend-to-endpayrollprocessing(MonthlyPayrolls)
Maintainemployeerecords,contracts,starters/leavers,andholiday/sickleavetracking
Supportonboardingandoffboardingprocesses
Ensurecompliancewithemploymentlegislationandinternalpolicies
LiaisewithexternalpayrollprovidersorHMRCasrequired
HandleHR-relatedqueriesandsupportlinemanagerswithadministrativeHRtasks
FinanceTeamSupport:
Assistwithprocessinginvoices,expenseclaims,andreconciliations
Supportmonth-endandyear-endreportingactivities
Helpmaintainaccuratefinancialrecordsanddocumentation
Providegeneraladministrativesupporttothefinanceteamasrequired
Skills&Experience:
Provenexperienceinasimilarpayroll/HRadministrativerole(essential)
FamiliaritywithpayrollsoftwareandHRISsystems
Excellentattentiontodetailandorganisationalskills
ProficientinMSOffice(Excelinparticular)
Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
Abletomanageworkloadindependentlyandprioritiseeffectively
Confident,self-motivated,andabletohitthegroundrunning
