Salary: £55,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus Potential
We're looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to take ownership of the design, delivery, and day-to-day management of payroll and employee benefits across the business. This is a key role, where you'll guide a team, manage supplier relationships, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.

As Payroll & Benefits Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the experience of colleagues across the Group. Your work will directly support our commitment to fairness, accuracy, and care in how we reward and support our teams. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with all regulations
- Streamline payroll processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Manage employee benefits across the business, including supplier relationships and service quality
- Advise on and implement benefit enhancements that align with business needs and market standards
- Stay on top of regulatory changes, ensuring payroll and benefits meet all legal and governance requirements
- Support global mobility compliance and drive continuous improvement in payroll team capability
- Oversee payroll-related risk management, audits, and business continuity planning
- Manage third-party payroll and benefits providers, ensuring strong service delivery and employee engagement
- Relevant payroll qualification (e.g. CIPP) and strong experience in payroll operations and systems
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Experience leading teams and working across departments with clear communication
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with a focus on continuous improvement
- Salary: £55,000 + Bonus Potential
