Payroll & Finance Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Finance Administrator to support payroll and core finance operations for a manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end payroll processing Accounts Payable: invoice processing, supplier payments, reconciliations Accounts Receivable: invoicing, credit control, cash allocation Cash management and regular bank reconciliations Preparation of full balance sheet reconciliations Support with month-end close and reporting Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Requirements: Proven experience in payroll processing Experience across AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good understanding of accounting principles Proficient in Excel and accounting/payroll systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Desirable: Experience with Sage, Xero, or similar systems AAT qualification (or working towards) What We Offer: Competitive salary between £38k to £44k Pension scheme Holiday allowance Employee benefits package Opportunity to take ownership of a varied finance r...
