📍 Huddersfield (Hybrid – 3 days office) £26,000 Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)
The Role
A combined payroll and HR administration role supporting a busy People function.
You’ll assist with payroll processing and provide HR admin support across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple payrolls
* Maintain and update payroll data (starters, leavers, changes)
* Assist with payroll queries and ensure accuracy of records
* Provide HR administration across the employee lifecycle
* Support onboarding, documentation, and employee records
* Help improve processes and maintain data integrity
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in payroll with some end-to-end processing exposure
* Understanding of HR administration processes
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Confident communicator and team player
* Available immediately or on short notice
* Experience in a similar sized organisation (desirable)
