The Role: As a Payroll & HR Systems Administrator, you will provide reliable administrative support to ensure our data is accurate and compliant. You will be the backbone of our People Systems, assisting with everything from payroll processing to system maintenance and reporting. Youll work closely with the Payroll Manager and the HR Systems & People Insights Manager to ensure our colleagues are paid accurately and our systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Assist with the accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payroll runs and expenses.
Perform regular data entry, cleansing, and integrity checks within our HR/Payroll systems (iTrent).
Act as second-line support for payroll queries and basic system issues, helping our colleagues find solutions.
Support system upgrades by assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT) and legislative updates.
Generate standard reports to help the People Team review metrics like turnover and absence.
