An established global organisation within the market research and FMCG intelligence sector is seeking an organised and detail driven Payroll Officer to join the UK team on a 4‑month fixed term contract. This role supports a transition period as the business moves UK payroll operations to ADP, ensuring seamless BAU payroll delivery throughout the process.

Your new role

End‑to‑end UK payroll processing for approximately 500 employees
Managing the monthly pay run using ADP Freedom
Ensuring payroll accuracy, auditability, and reconciliation
Processing employee changes, updates, starters, leavers, and adjustments
Supporting communication with internal stakeholders
Helping ensure a smooth transition as ADP onboarding commencesWhat you'll need to succeed

Strong UK payroll experience (high volume experience essential - please highlight on CV)
ADP experience preferred (particularly ADP Freedom)
Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical capability
Curious, collaborative team player who enjoys understanding processes
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
