Payroll & HR Assistant

Our client is a prestigious school in West London with a fantastic culture both for employees and students. They are urgently hiring for a p roactive and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Assistant to join their team. This is a key support role working across both payroll and HR functions. The successful candidate will play a vital part in the smooth running of day-to-day operations and will also contribute to an exciting systems migration project. (Currently use Cintra for payroll and BreatheHR for HR but they are in the process of transitioning to Every HR and DataPlan . Familiarity with any of these systems is highly desirable and will support a seamless transition.)

Payroll

End-to-end processing of monthly payroll using CINTRA (Payroll) & BREATHE (HRIS) Input and verify payroll data accurately, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
