Key Responsibilities:

Processing end-to-end payroll for 1,000+ employees Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll activities Conducting payroll reporting and analysis (e.g. Gender Pay Gap, NLW) Administering statutory calculations (sickness, maternity/paternity, etc.) Managing benefits including pensions and attachments of earnings Providing guidance and support on payroll queries to colleagues and stakeholders Supporting the integration and rollout of new HR/payroll systems General administrative support for the Payroll & Benefits team Ideal Candidate Profile:
