Role Profile.pdf We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Pensions Manager to lead our team of payroll and pension specialists, delivering expert advice and support of the payroll and pension matters, including but not limited to, pay and benefits, allowances, expenses, deduction of statutory and other deductions from police officers and pensions. The successful postholder will lead on a range of Finance projects and activities for North Yorkshire Police, North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service and the OPFCC, ensuring services are both regulatory and legally compliant. Through your leadership and direction of the Payroll and Pensions team, you will ensure the delivery of a credible, high performing service which can demonstrate real value to the delivery of front-line services, through data and results. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the design, development and implementation of Support Services Finance Services Strategy and the review of service management practices, systems and processes which contribute to the financial regulation of NYP and NYFRS.
