Job Description
MacKenzie King are currently recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a well-respected company in the Colchester area. As a Payroll Specialist, you will use your experience and knowledge to take ownership of the company’s payroll function, working closely with both the finance and HR departments.
\n\nKey tasks and responsibilities
\n\n- \n\t
- Running the end to end monthly payroll \n\t
- Accurately updating employee records using the payroll software \n\t
- Running payroll processes and reconciling reports \n\t
- Managing the payroll administration of employee benefits \n\t
- Answering a wide range of queries at varying levels of complexity \n\t
- Collaborating with teams within the firm and external contacts \n
Qualifications and experience
\n\n- \n\t
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within payroll \n\t
- Experienced using payroll software and Excel \n\t
- Takes pride in quality of work and attention to detail \n\t
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload \n\t
- Strong initiative to take ownership of workload \n
