twentyAI are partnered with a global regulated business on an interim basis for 6 months initially. They require a Payroll expert to support payroll processing for around 8,000 employees across multiple UK locations. This person must be able to frequent the London office 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day payroll operations to ensure accurate and compliant payroll for c.8000 employees.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments on payroll-related activities.
  • Prepare and manipulate payroll journals for finance teams.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot payroll systems (e.g. Hibob).
  • Provide support to employees on payroll queries.
  • Support benefit administration alongside the UK Reward & Benefits Manager.
  • Liaise with auditors and provide necessary payroll data.
  • Stay informed of legislative changes and payroll best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll, ideally in a high-volume, multi-site environment.
  • Solid understanding of payroll compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication.
  • CIPP qualification is desirable.
