Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will oversee day-to-day activities, support your colleagues, and ensure our clients receive accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services.What You Will Be DoingLead and organise the teams workload, offering guidance and support on payroll queries and calculationsReview payrolls, CIS submissions, and client communications to maintain high standardsStep in to process payrolls when neededManage client billing and resolve queries with professionalismEnsure pension enrolment assessments meet regulatory requirementsMentor junior staff through training, coaching, and feedbackCollaborate with the Payroll Manager to address challenges and drive improvementsEnd to end payroll experience (from receiving the input from a client to processing and submitting the payroll information to HMRC)Take on ad-hoc tasks with initiative and accountabilityWhat You Will BringWe are looking for someone with a strong foundation in payroll team supervision who thrives in a collaborative environment and leads by example.
