Accountancy Recruit is partnering with an Accountancy Practice based on the outskirts of South West Manchester, in the recruitment of a Payroller. The Accountancy Practice provides a range of services including Accounts Preparation / processing, Tax Compliance & Planning, Business Advice and Payroll services to a wide variety of business sectors: both Limited companies and individuals or partnerships. You will be responsible for providing the payroll services to multiple clients, but also have the support of a collaborative team. Duties will include: Acting as the primary interface between clients on all payroll and pension matters. Preparing multiple payrolls for approximately 180 clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis using SuperPay (training will be given). Payrolls vary from small, limited companies to Directors only. Gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Submitting payroll reports. Ensuring payment summaries and reports are sent to deadline. Complete year end returns for submission to HMRC. Produce P60s, P45s and P11ds Calculating SSP, SMP and SPP Calculating hours, holiday and overtime payments.
