We are currently looking for a Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician to join our team, reporting into the Workshop you will be working as part of a large team responsible for preparation of new vehicles to several of our large fleet contracts.
More about the role As a PDI Technician you will responsible for ensuring the customer can take delivery of their new vehicles and that delivery dates are achieved.
Liaising with the Workshop Manager about jobs
Checking vehicle safety features
Ensuring vehicles are correctly fuelled
Tyre pressure checks
Completion of all PDI paperwork/checklists
Vehicle test drivers
Oil/brake fluid/washer fluid checks/top-ups
Number plate fitting
Moving cars around the compound
More about you For this role we will consider candidates that have previous experience working with vehicles, this maybe from an independent garage or a franchised retailer.
Its important you enjoy working as part of a team and that you are process driven in your approach.

Were expanding our own-brand, Motor Match our used sites, and we dont stop at dealerships; we operate four Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident Repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre and an eBay shop re-cycling obsolete parts. All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
