Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 basic, £37,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hours: Monday to Friday 45 hours, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on rota

This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

PDI Vehicle Technician Responsibilities
Collaborate with Vehicle Technicians to perform service maintenance and repairs
Conduct safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, basic maintenance, and minor repairs as directed
Replenish consumables as requested by technicians or the Service Manager
Operate all tools and equipment safely and in accordance with guidelines
Attend training sessions and departmental meetings
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding the high standards of a main dealership
PDI Vehicle Technician Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or higher
Minimum of 1 year experience as a vehicle technician
Competence using modern diagnostic equipment
Full UK driving licence
Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
