About the Role: As Peer Mentor Lead, you'll be at the forefront of recruiting, training, and supporting individuals with lived experience of the criminal justice system to become Peer Mentors. You'll empower them to support others who are on a similar path - building trust, offering guidance, and helping to reduce reoffending through real, human connection.
