Detailed LSA JD:

  • Must be CLSA certified on 8.x, preferred Infinity version
  • Overall Pegaexp should be greater than 10+ yrs.
  • Knowledgeon Pegainstallation (Version 24.2)
  • Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks
  • Should be able to support and guide the team.
  • Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually.
  • Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/ clients
  • Must be able to prioritize the tasks based on urgency and need.
  • Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD).
  • Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoint
  • Must be able to manage the deliverables and work in the absence of team member
  • Must be aware of all Pegabest practices and guardrails.
  • Must have good analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge in SDLC, agile and other implementation methodologies.
  • Pegaimplementation methodology knowledge.
  • Must be knowledgeable on ECS, Situational Layer Cake and Case Management
  • Able to execute the Architectural Design and implementation
  • Should be able to support CoE activities
  • Should be able to support estimates for RFPs / RFIs.
  • Able to mentor junior members/ Team leads in the team and help them technically.
  • Experience in developing and managing Workflows, User Interfaces, Activities, Utility and Decision Rules.
  • Must have SQL knowledge to execute DDL (preferred), DML and DQL
  • Experience in various types of rules like Correspondence rules, Integration rules like traditional and DX-APIs, Validation Rules.
  • Excellent knowledge on using debugging like Clipboard, Tracer, Rules Inspector, performance tools, PDC, and AES.
  • Must be experienced on PRPC reporting tools.
  • Must have experience having external integrations.
  • Must have knowledge on Constellations
  • Must have knowledge on Agents and Job Schedulers
  • Must have knowledge on Channels implementation.
  • Must have knowledge on skin rules implementation.
  • Must have knowledge on Kafka, Kubernetes and Cloud technologies
  • Must have knowledge on Blueprint, Gen-AI, Knowledge Buddy integrations
