Pensions Administrator

Are you an experienced Pensions Administrator with a strong understanding of both Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and company pension schemes?

We're looking for a dedicated individual to join my client’s team in Hatfield. You will manage the pension arrangements for approximately 3,000 employees so must have previous experience in dealing with high volumes of work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of LGPS administration, including joiners, leavers, transfers, retirements, and maternity/paternity leave implications.

* Manage the administration of company pension schemes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

* Act as the primary point of contact for all pension-related queries from our 3,000 employees, providing clear and accurate information.

* Maintain accurate pension records and ensure data integrity across all pension systems.

* Keep up to date with changes in pension legislation and ensure all schemes remain compliant.

* Prepare and provide regular reports on pension scheme performance and participation.

* Work closely with pension providers, actuaries, and internal finance and HR teams.
