About the Role Affinity Water is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pension and Benefits Advisor to join our Payroll Team on a 24 month FTC on a part time basis(3 days per week). This hands-on role offers exposure to multiple pension schemes and benefit platforms, including Aviva, Hymans, Tap4Perks, and Salary Finance, and provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality pension and benefits administration while supporting employees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Pensions Deliver end-to-end pension administration for joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers, and life events.
Manage pension schedules and reconciliations for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Trustees, and external providers to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Support annual pension activities, including statements, audits, revaluations, and trustee reporting.
Maintain accurate records, systems, and audit-ready documentation.
Support auto-enrolment cycles and the ongoing transition to Aviva.
