This role will lead and support a series of targeted pension consolidation, compliance, and governance improvement activities across predominantly DC based pension schemes. You will work in a live operational setting, collaborating closely with Payroll, HR Systems, and external pension partners to identify issues, drive remediation, and deliver practical, risk‑based improvements.
