Job Title: People Advisor (Maternity Cover)

Location: Commutable to Witney (OX28)

We are looking for a People Advisor to join us for a 12 month period of maternity cover. You will be a trusted expert, guiding managers, supporting with policy updates and involvement in projects which support the complete employee lifecycle. You will play a vital role in delivering an inclusive value led employee experience in a high-performing workplace.

In this maternity cover role the successful candidate will:

• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing expert advice and coaching.
• Provide guidance on people policies and best practice.
• Have a strong analytical mindset with experience using HRIS and Excel for reporting.
• Support line managers with employee relations and performance management.
• Support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will:

• Be CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it), or equivalent UK experience.
• Be collaborative and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess a genuine desire to support people and promote a positive workplace culture.
