This site-based role supports a busy operation. You'll be providing practical HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a real focus on employee relations . This includes managing a high volume of cases—disciplinaries, grievances, performance management—and confidently coaching and supporting managers on best practice, policies, and procedures. This is a hands-on, operational role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in a business with strong values and long-term stability.
