ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven People Advisor to join our talented People team. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves getting into the detail, and takes ownership to make things happen. Reporting into the Head of People, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our People operations running smoothly — from ensuring our systems and processes are on point, to delivering accurate data and insights that help leaders make great decisions. You’ll also spot opportunities for improvement, lead small projects, and support initiatives that make Townhouse an even better place to work.
