We are looking for a highly organised and people-focused People & Culture Administrator to support the day to day operations of our People & Culture function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is passionate about delivering a positive employee experience. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will provide essential administrative support across the full employee lifecyclefrom onboarding through to engagement and developmentplaying a central role in ensuring our systems, processes, and colleague experience run smoothly and professionally. Key Responsibilities of the People and Culture Administrator Administration & Coordination Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and employee records Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time Coordinate training administration, including tracking training hours and supporting learning initiatives Manage internal communications, including notice boards and team updates Assist with probation reviews, employee documentation, and general HR administration Take accurate notes in meetings where required Employee Experience & Engagement Support the delivery of a positive and engaging employee experience Assist in organising team events, recognition programmes, and internal initiatives Build strong working relationships across departments to support communication and engagement Contribute ideas and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture Team Support & Collaboration Work closely with colleagues across the business to support operational needs Provide timely and professional support to the People & Culture team Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting wider business requirements Compliance & Standards Handle all employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and HR best practice Maintain awareness of Health & Safety and fire safety procedures What's In It For You? 29 days of annual leave pro rata, including bank holidays Regular team gatherings and appreciation events Complimentary team meals Uniform provided Staff accommodation available if required Exclusive team rates and friends & family rates at our Iconic Luxury Hotels, Relais & Chateaux properties worldwide, and London & Regional properties worldwide Discounts on all food & beverage offerings including the Cookery School at Chewton Glen Discounts on spa treatments and products Special gifts based on length of service Recommend-a-friend bonus scheme.
