About the role The role delivers high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from setting up and coordinating visiting researchers to managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding and induction of new starters, ensuring employees have everything they require to be able to commence their work at LMS. This role will promote fair recruitment processes and ensure immigration and Right to Work queries are promptly resolved, as well as ensuring employee records are created and carefully maintained.
