The role partners closely with senior managers to identify and deliver their people needs, working as a trusted partner, the role provides expert advice and guidance, supporting senior leaders to deliver their people priorities. The People & Development Partner plays a key role in driving organisational change, enhancing the employee experience, and leading people-focused initiatives that enable the organisation to achieve its strategic objective.
