People and Wellbeing Advisor - £37,855 per annum – Warrington, Cheshire (Remote) Are you someone who enjoys helping managers handle challenging people matters with confidence and care? Making Space is a values-led organisation supporting communities across the UK, and we are looking for a People and Wellbeing Advisor to join our friendly People Services team. The role This is a 10-month fixed term opportunity (maternity cover), with potential to extend. Based at our Warrington Head Office, you will benefit from a hybrid approach, combining home working with time on site. In this role, you will work closely with managers and colleagues, offering practical advice and support across a range of people matters while helping to build a positive and supportive working environment.
