An exciting opportunity has become available at Maria Mallaband Care Group for a People Business Partner to join the team on a fixed terms basis to cover Mat leave! We are currently recruiting for a an experienced, proactive, and forward-thinking HR professional who will be responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to our leadership teams on all People related matters while maintaining an appropriate balance between strategic and operational working. This is a regional role supporting approximately 11 care homes and will suit somebody based within the Yorkshire region, Due to the travel involved a car allowance is included in the package. Key Tasks: To coach, guide and support leadership teams within the assigned group of homes with all people related activities to enable appropriate people decisions To contribute towards the development of the Company's People Plan, driving its implementation within the regions/homes To be an ambassador for driving cultural change, engagement and retention initiatives, and the Company's purpose, pillars and values To work in partnership with the ER Team and the assigned group of homes to resolve all Employee Relations related activities whilst mitigating business risks To support the ER, Talent and Pay and Reward Teams with People Policies and Procedures, making suggestions for improvements based on feedback and experience of ...
