I am delighted to be partnering with a global business within the science and research space to appoint a People Business Partner to join the team and continue to embed a best-in-class business partnering offering during a period of transformation and growth. About the role.. As People Business Partner you will partner with senior leaders across corporate services teams based in the UK and Europe, a headcount of c300 employees a client group that will include corporate services and Director level stakeholders. You will help shape, develop and deliver strategic People and Culture plans and support your senior leaders to build high performing teams, aligning performance to achieve the businesses objectives. Key responsibilities of the role: Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities. Offering guidance and coaching to senior leadership and management teams on new and existing people initiatives. Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally sound outcomes. Lead or contribute to local and global people projects, bringing insight, rigour and innovation.
