Help the implementation and effective use of technology and P&C systems that streamline processes and enhance the employee journey. Assist with internal communications, including sharing team updates and values-driven messaging Help coordinate training sessions and support L&D initiatives Be a friendly, helpful point of contact for day-to-day people queries Support employee engagement projects and recognition initiatives Provide general administrative and project work support to the Director of People & Culture Youll play a key role in ensuring our people feel valued, connected, and supported from day one.
