As we continue to strengthen our workforce analytics and organisational design capability, were looking for someone with strong data expertise and a proactive mindset to lead the configuration, optimisation, and integration our Org modelling tool, while ensuring alignment and data integrity across Oracle HCM. About the Role As a People Data & Workforce Planning Systems Specialist, youll play a key role in enabling organisational modelling, talent selection, and strategic workforce planning through effective use of Orgvue. Youll ensure data consistency across systems, drive adoption of new modules, and embed capability within the team, while collaborating with Oracle specialists to maintain alignment and deliver seamless updates and alignment between our People tools. You will also be responsible for: Leading the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing management of Orgvue to support organisational modelling, talent selection, and strategic workforce planning. Managing and maintaining position data within Orgvue, ensuring consistency and integrity across systems and enabling accurate data integration with Oracle HCM. Acting as a subject matter expert in Orgvue configuration, supporting the setup and refinement of modules to meet evolving business needs.
