The Opportunity: People Experience (PX) / HR Advisor As part of our People Experience team , you'll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with colleagues in all areas of the People function, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional employee experience across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide professional PX support to employees across multiple countries in the EMEA region. Manage employee cases through a ticketing system, ensuring a positive experience and meeting agreed SLAs. Identify case trends and opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee and manager self-service, and streamline workflows. Manage family leave and flexible working requests, partnering with managers and employees to ensure smooth processes.
