About UsWe areJigsaw Care Services Ltdproviding 24/7 therapeutic care in a warm, supportive setting for young people aged 817 with emotional, behavioural, and mild learning needs, helping them feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.Role InsightFollowing significant growth, we are recruiting for an experienced People & HR Coordinator to take ownership of key HR processes across the business to include recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management across multiple sites, including Northampton and Milton Keynes.This is a key role within our team, and we are looking for someone who will actively embrace and embody our values and culture in everything they do.We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can operate with a high level of independence, supporting managers and employees while ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and well-structured.You will be supported by external HR and legal advisors (Citation), providing access to expert guidance and resources where required.Role DetailsWorking Hours: Flexible Part-time | 25 hours per week (flexible working hours, to be agreed with the successful candidate).Location: Head Office - Northampton NN1Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-endAct as first point of contact for HR queries across the businessSupport the full employee lifecycle (starters, changes, leavers)Liaise with payroll and assist in resolving queriesMaintain accurate and compliant employee recordsSupport managers with day-to-day people mattersAssist in improving HR systems, processes, and documentation as the business growsSupport employee engagement initiatives and internal communicationAssist with reporting, data tracking, and HR administration where requiredAbout YouProven experience in an HR coordination or advisory roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident communicator with the ability to engage across all levelsHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyComfortable working across multiple sitesKeen to grow and develop within a scaling organisationDesirableExperience within care, healthcare, or multi-site environmentsExposure to payroll processesFamiliarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systemsWhat We OfferFlexible, family-friendly working hours (ideal for school runs)Hybrid working across office, sites, and homeSupportive and collaborative team environmentExternal HR/legal support via CitationOpportunity to develop into a more senior HR role as the business growsApply online your updated CV.Jigsaw Care Services Ltd is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
