About Our Client

Job Description

  1. Own and provide an efficient, progressive, and streamlined people operations service to the business.
  2. Manage all People data, benefits, and payroll processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose, accurate, and efficient.
  3. Own provider relationships, identifying and implementing improvements (e.g., payroll and benefits providers).
  4. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compliance, onboarding, performance management, development, family-friendly leave, and exit arrangements, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  6. Develop onboarding and induction programmes to ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success.
  7. Provide first-line support and advice on employee relations activities.
  8. Manage off-boarding and leaver processes to ensure respectful and smooth transitions.
  9. Keep up to date with and implement relevant employment legislation and global HR best practices.
  10. Lead the collation and analysis of HR and people data, producing reports to identify trends for the People team and wider business.
