About the role Leading a team to achieve the contractual performance requirements of the Apprenticeship Contract, making sure we offer exceptional customer service to all our participants. Continuously driving learner experience to drive the business forward. Working in partnership with the management team to deliver a seamless approach between performance and quality. Your impact Responsible for managing a team of assessors to ensure that contractual compliance is achieved in both compliance and learner achievement. Managing contractual performance - plan timely, starts, leavers, occupancy and achievers to ensure team targets are met. Work collaboratively with the IQAs to review occupancy data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity using the company bespoke reporting system. Accountable for driving performance and, in conjunction with the senior management team. Accountable for contractual compliance through quality measures and auditable processes. Responsible for the smooth running and day to day operations of a team of assessors in partnership with IQA. Responsible for effective team calendar and caseload management providing updates and feedback on performance to the Head of Apprenticeships. This includes that Assessor have planned the minimum expectation of performance. Accountable for conducting monthly 1-1s with assessors to maximise performance, compliance, and training requirements, where under performance is identified an action plan needs to be completed to address area of concern. Responsible for employer engagement, ensuring consistent professional communication and collaborating with the Business Development Team to support employer retention and repeat business Responsible for handling and escalating, as required, learner/employer complaints in line with internal policy. Champion equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing by embedding inclusive practice, overseeing compliance with ALN procedures, ensuring effective use of support systems, and fostering a positive culture that promotes staff wellbeing. Responsible for working in partnership with the Quality team to implement all quality improvements such as the Estyn framework and Welsh action plan. Accountable for leading and implementing appropriate and effective changes. Responsible for management information analysis and reporting. Accountable for implementing improvements in delivery and practice in conjunction with the IQA. Accountable for the appropriate and effective application of all HR policies, procedures, and practices. Maintain knowledge and adherence to Work Based Learning Professional Standards, Education Workforce Code of Practice and companys Code of Conduct ? What are we looking for? Essential Previous management experience Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams Full driving licence with use of own vehicle Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to effectively manage resources Safeguarding knowledge and understanding Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities under pressure Work effectively within a team A proven track record to deliver results IT Literate Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration Desirable Work based learning experience Management or team leading qualification Safeguarding experience Knowledge of public funded training schemes Job Type: Full-time
