Performance Manager

Salary: £47,000 per year + benefits

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm


About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Manager to oversee service quality and performance within a healthcare environment. You will analyse data, manage KPIs, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure services meet contractual standards. This role plays a key part in performance reporting, contract governance, and continuous service improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage service performance against KPIs and contractual targets.
  • Analyse data and produce performance reports for management and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Investigate client complaints and provide recommendations.
  • Work with operational and healthcare teams to resolve complex service issues.
  • Support clinical governance and care initiatives.
  • Monitor work orders and service thresholds through CAFM systems.
  • Calculate monthly performance deductions and manage service availability reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and organisational policies.
  • Identify performance improvement and cost-saving opportunities using data insights.
  • Contribute to leadership meetings and support service improvement initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing KPIs and contractual performance.
  • Background in healthcare, facilities management, or similar environments.
  • Experience using CAFM systems.
  • Strong data analysis skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and flexible working practices.


Vetting Requirements

This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and completion of an Occupational Health Questionnaire.
