Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000


Overview

Our client, a fast-growing D2C-focused agency, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid media activity for a portfolio of ambitious direct-to-consumer brands. This role is hands-on, data-driven, and ideal for someone who loves testing, optimisation, and driving measurable growth.

You’ll work closely with founders, e-commerce teams, and creatives to build performance strategies that deliver real commercial impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels
  • Manage and optimise performance marketing budgets across multiple D2C clients
  • Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS for e-commerce brands
  • Analyse performance data and turn insights into actionable optimisations
  • Work closely with creative teams to test messaging, formats, and audiences
  • Report on performance, results, and recommendations to clients


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Performance Marketing / Paid Media role, ideally within an agency or D2C environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid social and paid search
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV
  • Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach
  • Confident managing multiple clients and stakeholders
