A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Performance & Talent Operations Specialist/Performance & Talent Operations Contractor to join our London based law firm on an initial 6 Month Contract.
Performance & Talent Operations Specialist/Performance & Talent Operations Contractor
Responsibilities and Duties:
A) Delivery control & reporting
* Maintained Master Action Tracker across workstreams (owners, dates, status, dependencies) in Smartsheet
* Draft Weekly Status Pack (inputs, milestones, risks, decisions required) for lead review and issuance.
* Meeting Pack Support: agendas, notes, action capture, follow-up communications.
B) Comms & guidance production
* Draft and maintain Guidance Notes, FAQs, and "How-to" user steps for:
o Live 2026 performance cycle operational moments (as applicable)
o Workday performance/development user journeys
o STM/RSH enablement artefacts (checklists, reminders, timelines)
* Draft Stakeholder Briefing Notes with clear "what we need from you" and deadline call-outs.
C) Workday UAT & readiness coordination (support)
* UAT Logistics Pack: tester comms, test schedule, script distribution, completion tracking.
* Defect Log Hygiene: ensure defects are complete and correctly categorised/routed; produce triage summaries.
* Readiness Checklist Reporting: training/comms readiness, access checks, outstanding actions, and completion status.
D) STM delivery operations (support)
* Maintained STM cycle trackers (submission status, pack completion, milestone adherence, reminders).
* Pack QA Output: completeness/consistency checks prior to review checkpoints, with issues flagged and resolved.
* Candidate/Process Materials Coordination (templates, version control, distribution lists, secure handling).
E) Live-cycle operational support (support)
* Maintained Cycle FAQ / Query Log with drafted responses and escalation routing.
* Maintained Comms Distribution List & Calendar for agreed cycle touchpoints and reminders.
