ABOUT THE ROLE As a Care Home Peripatetic Deputy Manager (Clinical), youll travel across your region to manage and develop the teams in various care homes, to help us deliver the high-quality care and service were known for. Working closely with the General Manager or hiring manager, youll help implement action plans that make sure our residents needs are met.
Taking on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager, you can expect to help with everything from care standards to motivating your team. Youll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. That means leading by example by monitoring standards through regular audits, supervising clinical practice and checking our regulatory compliance. Youll set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.
