The Peripatetic Worker will be based in our offices in Congleton . Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. Purpose of the role To provide tailored person centred advice and assistance to service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms and enabling them to live independently. To carry out property inspections to assess condition, health and safety compliance, and environmental risks, escalating concerns and supporting remedial action as required.
