Our services include responsive repairs, void refurbishments, compliancy services and planned maintenance works.Your new roleWorking to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. As a key member of our clients' responsive repairs team, you'll play a vital role in providing essential plumbing services to social housing tenants across the borough - ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.The work will be minor jobs, leak finding some additional minor DIY to finish off works. The area covered is roughly 4 mile radius. Overtime is always available if wanted. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience in a plumbing role.
