The role

• End-to-end permanent recruitment within Engineering
• Managing live roles across the US market
• Client development and candidate management
• Working on high-fee permanent placements (average deal size $28k)

Requirements

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Previous experience in permanent recruitment (essential)
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Interest in working with US-based clients
