We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead with strong experience managing a team of Data Consultants and managing client stakeholders to join our team on a permanent basis.

Ideally, the person who fills this role will have extensive experience with Manufacturing data objects and has hands-on experience loading manufacturing data multiple times across complex programmes, as well as a good understanding of Finance data objects.

You will play a key role in helping the business understand how manufacturing data connects end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for cutover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute data migration activities.
• Support in validating or loading any data objects.
• Work closely with business and functional teams to explain how data ties together across SAP.
• Collaborate with technical and functional colleagues to validate, reconcile, and cleanse data.
• Support cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure all migration activities adhere to security and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to explain how data fits together across processes.
• Support data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities.
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure align with programme timelines.

Essential Experience

• UK-based and eligible to pass BPSS and Security Clearance.
• Strong background of some SAP Manufacturing data objects(e.g., PP, PP-PI, MII or related).
• Multiple cycles of hands-on data loads
• Solid understanding of data structures, transactional flows, and master data relationships within SAP across a variety of objects across multiple SAP modules.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business teams and explain data flows in plain language.
• Experience in data migration tools, templates, and best practices, including SAP Data Migration Cockpit

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to S/4HANA migrations.
• Familiarity with data migration tools or frameworks (e.g., LSMW, BODS, LTMC/LTMOM, Syniti).

This role is a permanent position set in a Hybrid working environment between remote and either Bedfordshire or Salisbury.

The candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance.
