Team Coordinator / 6-month contract position / London, Hybrid / Up to £240 per day (Umbrella rate)


Overview:

My client, a globally recognised organisation are currently looking for a Team Coordinator to join their Team in their technology team.


The role will require an organised, personable and detail orientated individual who is looking to expand on their personal assistant experience.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support and technical expertise to senior leaders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable putting presentations together
  • Minute taking, diary management and travel arrangements
  • Formatting documents and templates
  • Dealing with invoices and expenses
  • Booking meeting rooms


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience working within a similar PA/EA/Team Assistant role
  • Happy working at pace in a busy environment
  • Experience supporting technology teams and CIO would be advantageous
  • Confident in making decisions
  • Confident working on a variety of technology such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Zoom and accounting software

  • Up to £240 per day (Umbrella rate)
