I have a physical disability and require full support with all aspects of daily living to promote my independence and achieve a good quality of life. I enjoy outdoor activities such as watching football matches and socialising with my family and friends. Tasks will include supporting with my personal care, catheter care, nutrition, all moving and handling, domestic chores and enabling me to access the local community. Full training will be provided.
